Thank you Goerp for that nice picture! <3

oh no, poor Priksy lost his key
and this was really bugging me

i really couldn't stand his fate
not wanting just to sit and wait

so i did take a closer look
to find the key by hook or crook

and in the end i did succeed
so Priksy could fulfill his need

oh yes, this outcome made me proud
but my eyes see another cloud

now Prisky's missing on his cat
could she be out for hunting rat?

he has the key, the door is locked
if she escaped i would be shocked

she must be somewhere in his house
i wonder if she's hunting mouse

now i'm out of reason and rhyme
i doubt that i can help this time

(no AI used! - nowadays it seems necessary to emphasize that)

Thanks for all the comments!

@4gentE: I searched for a new hook to base a series of drawings on. I came up with: 'covers for non-existing childrens books'. This is my first one. I know what the next book is going to be (now just to draw it).

@Shine: I had to look up Gotcha, but I knew some of his comics. Did amazing things in the 320x200 space! It doesn't surprise me he went pro, he even did drawings for a childrens book, a real one :D

Lovely! Is it a picture book cover? Is it a hidden clue type game introscreen? Are you making a hidden clue type game? That’d be awesome. Oh, I’m blabbering, sorry.

Sweet work, some keep keys hidden behind their paintings frames, if one doesn't find a safe there. In my paintings back home I keep the dedications there ;D

I find your style amazing goerp, it really looks like it's made with just apencil on a colored paper and then eventually printed with one of those huge and noisy dot printers :-) always funny too

he needs them to get out in town
he's turned the whole house upside down

in his socks he's been looking
in his pots and pans for cooking
completely empty his shoe
nothing in the big coffer from nana Sue

he's desperate so could YOU please
help Priksy find his keys?
