Just tried it on a NTSC system. When you play the game, the whole bottom part flashes just like the PAL one. Appears not to be NTSC compat.

if it isn't fake they imported Pac-Mania +/Fairlight+INC to Alaska, their member list states Deathangel's Shadow and Illusionist, maybe some wind them up.

You've got to be kidding me... This version has an intro about being imported into Alaska.
