That's info line that could be displayed while depacking in some packers. All parts are separately packed files. They just load part after part. Old style of doing c64 demos.

Btw. it's quite amusing to follow your steps and watching all this stuff, it almost brought back all those feelings of thrill and interest while watching some new demo.
