Hey Soci, any chance of a VDC version? :) | User Comment Submitted by Jak T Rip on 19 April 2006
This is by far the best C64 browser ever made. As usual Soci strikes with incredible quality. | User Comment Submitted by soci on 26 March 2006
I could only test it using a crosslink cable, without any gateway to the Internet. It worked with IP addresses, but I did not setup a DNS server, or second machine and routing to test that also. At my new location I've got no Internet connection at home and no spare boxes ;( Next time I'll try to setup qemu and get a TV for my C64 ;)

same as alih: it just won't work even thou the network setup is as required ... but the non rr-net version is impressive enough. thumb up! | User Comment Submitted by A Life in Hell on 22 March 2006
Sadly, I could not yet get this to work on my network for some reason that I'll investigate tomorrow (time to break out the ethereal, since connections are getting stuck in FIN_WAIT), but I threw a bunch of static html at it at least, and this is really cool! | User Comment Submitted by madcrow on 22 March 2006
Nice release. Gotta get to work abusing the disk version as a diskmag engine now... Anywayz, you should add CML support. | User Comment Submitted by soci on 22 March 2006
Not everyone has a network card, that's why the disk version is there ;) Download a page, name it as "test2.html" and run the disk only version.
Many sites use external stylesheets, these have to be put at the beginning of the html source surrounded by style tags to get better rendering results. | User Comment Submitted by Oswald on 21 March 2006
W O W ! too bad I cannot try it out. |
