and while there is no file, there is no release either.
A memory flash someone might have had when creating the entry does NOT make it a release.

Something like http://noname.c64.org/csdb/release/download.php?id=23017 can just be named that way and there you go with an entry - popped together from a couple of unrelated files.

csdb is primarily a database,not an ftp to leech c64 files. every entry for a released production serves history preservation. it doesnt matter if the file can be uploaded or not,all productions released in the c64 scene should have an entry in this database.

Hm,
a tool-collection without any files is _really_ worthless...
An empty crack-entry at least serves some (potential) history preservation.
