actually this is the game Yuppies Revenge which was done by Ralf Glau who did a lot of nice games of that genre like e.g. Vermeer. I dont know why this stuff got released under Ports of call...

Game cracked by Shorty Soft and then crunched and re-release by Firefox/Willow in late 90's.
