Way to go, WDR! We just collected a "new" Hülsbeck tune for HVSC! :)

- High score entry bug on L2 fixed
- Game continuity restored (Start at any level and keep your score from one level to the next)
- Rewrote the loader
- 5 trainers
- C= key skips level/finishes final level
- Partial game source code removed from the game memory

Thanks to Mike at GB64.com, Level 2 now has music and the game is pretty much complete. Note that TWG's version still has a non-working loader. And no, there won't be another version :)
