Sooo.. the version on the screenshot appears to be different to the actual demo itself. The version uploaded by CBA and the version I have which was downloaded in 1986 both have "press space to read the magazine `muzo`" on the left, but the screenshot has "congrats go to benn & ratt..".
Is there an alternate version floating about?

Seems a bit broken, it's trying to load a file called "SQUWAK!!" off the disk that isn't there.

I seem to remember the original had a proper chicken sample in, and also the spoof "MUSO" magazine is a few pages long.
