This demo is mentioned in Rebellion Demo as "Lizard & Steve", which is also the filename which I found on some disk.

Demo is made by Lizard's brother LIZ, not Lizard himself. Read the scroll text which is at the end signed with "Liz and Steve". I will assign now Liz for the graphics.
