I'm just glad to see that my old contact Mirage is back in biz. The fact that the pic is freakin' beautiful is just a bonus.

I am extremely honored, of course. You implemented realism to the triangle slice thing, which I think works in multicolor pretty good. I am only sceptical of how this creates a strong dualism from the triangles, and the woman, in this case, so people can say 'I don't like the background, but I like the girl.' The point of the triangle thing in hires at least, is to unify everything, so that there is no strict 'theme' and then 'decoration' around it. But now I'm just thinking of what I would do, and it's awesome for you to give it a different spin.

You do realize I'll have to fight back with a mcol triangle pic now, though :)

@Bizzmo: Try this on the Legacy Lost picture - the efect is more pronounced there - it's easier to see it there and its less disturbing.

Apparently - if you stare at the "pink pixel" long enough - the whole image goes '3d' - or maybe it was just me...

I'll try & Focus on the pink pixel instead.

Pixel-perfect as I used to say about a nice looking woman... Excellent work! Nice to see that you have implemented Helm's triangles ;)

@zyron: you know perfectly well there's a pink pixel in the top right corner! forget about that brown pixel

@WeC: the 'shapes' are an important part of this image (and part of a story, if you will), i would never think of doing a second version just for your pleasure... thanks for the compliments, though :)

@dk: you shouldn't wet your pants, you should be a grownup by now... i don't want to meet crest anymore ;P (oh, and ask Helm for a free ticket... he invented the triangle-style, as far as i know... here's the link again: Eve)

Sheer bliss! My pants are completely wet, classic Mirage Dutch pixel quality at its best with an extra twist: innovative new gfx style! ;-)

P.S: Now, Lars, where's my free ticket for x2k6? ;-D

@Zyron: To understand the wicked brown pixel you have to watch it on the real thing.

I can't help but getting a bit disturbed by that one brown pixel to left of her mouth. Since it caught my attention it's all I can see..

Extremely well pixelled and a wonderful co-existence to the hires pic. My first assiciation is maybe a bit misplaced... When I saw the bubblegum ball in her mouth and the diagonal black schapes that point to the middle of the picture, I thought "pinball!"... but I assume it is not going to be a part of WVLs flipper game... OK, sorry for my strange mind and thumbs up for this wonderful picture. Looking forward to x06.

Very sexy stuff monsieur Mirage! Keep'em coming every day and I'll drop out coffee from my daily wake up plan.
I don't dig the background, but that's my problem all right :)

The eyes! Wonderful. One sidenote: the hair bugs me, it kinda clashes, along with the semi-realism and cubistic stuff.

Very nice pic, very Mirage (just take a look at those eyes!) and on top of everything it got a nice composition with the hair and all the triangles. More stuff like this, please!

So what happens if I say I preferred yesterday's pic? ;) Seriously though, this is still very nicely pixelled and great use of colour!
