Correct d64 for side 1 found by CBA, at least digi files are correct, the menu tune still has the bug described in the goofs. I've updated the fix at my site in the meantime.
Edit: 100% working copy updated now also here.

Selection "C" crashes, bad file on side A.
Partially recovered, file D patched to fix the menu tune loop.
