I'm not sure but I think Mathew is Matthias Joyce of Bytes in Trouble who worked on the games Declem, Cygnus and Beat Ball.

The Warp System (TWS) was a German group that seems to have been a subgroup to G*P in 1988. There are other releases that justify this, and also a G*P crack credited to Mathew.
