just an changelog ;-) I started to make it when I sit to just finalize the stuff in 2006... it's not from the start in first half of 2004 ;-)

done:
26 dec
- added '.byte 64' line separator in intro to conserve memory usage
- added 1/2/3 minutes jukebox (1 , 2 and 3 selects duration)
- added fixed time (3 minutes) jukebox mode (under left arrow key)
- added return as loadtune key (same as f7)
- fixed pause via joystick
- wrote scrolltexts once more... ;p
- added msg from ODyn
- made many many small fixes

25 dec
- fnished spritescroll code , and it turns on upper border :)
- 2nd hidden part added

24 dec
- fld is now okay (forgot to add inc$d019 in irq ;p )
- reebabled keyboard operation , changed key assignment (f1-play,f3-stop,f5-pause,f7-load)

23 dec
- added eor #255 highlight in selector

22 dec
- added 1st hidden thing ;-)
- "ESBR MATURE" = 100% okay

21 dec
- added "ESBR M" logo (put packed inside memory , it packs really good (8k -> 839bytez)
- added irqentry routine (needed as rom is switched off while dpacking the logo and I don't want to mess up all IRQs code over the intro)
took some time until I found the kernalrom has to be switched off so the depack under $e000 can do the job properly. holy shit!
- written some shit to scroltext

- changed the way IRQs in main part (less and more balanced raster usage)

- Odyn made hidden gfx ;-)
- intro upscroll got slowed down a bit (4 frames wait, was 3)
- repositioned button check-rectangles
- repaired dickpointer flashing when crossing 'd011 boundary' and too far limiting in the right
- 69 positions pic disapperas after smaller delay
- improved Odyn's font
- now clicking each line in selector loads different tune
- changed "flip disk" icon

6 dec
- added missing VTE guys to scrolltext
- limited scrolling of lines (no more shit after 69th music)
- button-actions do not execute in IRQs anymore (timing fuckups are gone)
- now there is... dick instead of arrow :D
- pause icon is now working

- adjusted LODAING balls appear/disappear timing
- changed font in intro into one Odyn drew over the night

4 dec
- turned on 25 lines on LODAING
- changes names.asm to represent changed order of tunes
- 3 lines in music selector [what a haxx0r fun playing with that part os source ;-) ]
- changed font in selector another time :)
- upspeeded mouse pointer [buggy]

- split "kol2.asm" into _main.asm and 'helpers'
- the code is 48.1kb now (excluding exo-depack of course) ... it was ~19 on 2 oct 2k+6 :)

- sourcecode improved a bit
- hmm.. finished the intro xD

- extended scrolltexts

- removed screen shit flicker after "vulture desing" logo fadeout

- e000dapr finally works as I wanted.
- "timer" subroutine: with far better timing accuracy +
now leaves Y unmodified. [needs adjustment though]

- split start.asm to many asm files for more effective source
management + less JSRs as source grow rapidly with some fancy
eye-candy designed shits here and there
- load error in starter -> reset machine
- "disapperaing rectangles" - works now as I want :)

- intro animation works [needs to be adjusted]

- sent main gfx back to Odyn so he can alter it...

- converted 6 frames of animation to sprites properly (imos rulez ;p)

- loading/file not found/unpacking/stop/play/pause - icon status added
- moved textline up
- f7 now not only loads but also plays
- msxdisk got files placed on 18th track due to lack of 2 blocks for one music

- repacked music
- modified exomizer cross-invoker

- re-added cleaning of $c100-cbff temporary area
- re-added computing of packed musicdata lenght (written again from scratch)
- depack finally works [exo docs and reality differs slightly though. slightly means undesired crashes ;p]

- depack dziala , ale na sztywno tylko dla pierwszego zaka ,
dodac obliczanie dlugosci wczytanego pliku+ ustawianie wskaznika dlugosci
po kazdym ladowaniu - wtedy sie nie wiesza.

- teraz juz rysuje nazwe zaka po starcie ekranu glownego.
