As far as I can tell from scouring Eyeth's remains on the Wayback Machine, this was released at least three times: as a 4-bit file converted with GoDot, as a stand-alone file, and as a program for Wheels. Here's a monitor photo:

EVERYBODY: Look for files named santa2001.zip (stand-alone NTSC version), santawheels.zip (Wheels NTSC version), santawhpal.zip (Wheels PAL version), merysant.zip (GoDot file), or ccsantsrc.zip (source code)! Maybe there's a copy still floating around somewhere. Miracles can happen!
