Intro features Maniacs_3.sid which now has to be renamed and creditfixed for sure, can't be from a 1991 demo ;)
After the tune end there are traces of another tune by Beatmachine, Suburbia_89_Mix.sid, but probably are just some leftovers.
If the music credit to Skywave is correct, it's the only tune with no known author so could be credited to him.
