Since Point of View #3 is called the "Christmas! Issue" which was released in 1990, I therefore set Issue #4 to January 1991 because that one is released a month later.

In "Hot Gossip" the event Silicon Limited + Ruthless Party 1990 is mentioned which was held on 22 - 23 December 1990. I can't find any proof that this disk magazine is released in 1990. It might be released in 1991.

Does anyone know the exact release year and month?
