yet I haven't found a clear proof who really did it. All the productions using the tune don't credit anyone. We never got a reply about it, at least I have no mail regarding this from Steppe or Stefan/Lazer.
Even this one says in the scroller "sound by f.a.m.e.(i think, but it more sounds like a sound from stefan/lazer)"
Can't be taken too seriously, just guesses.
EDIT: Hartwig replied to Steppe, and said he didn't compose this.
Best thing to do here is to move it back to UNKNOWN, /DEMOS/UNKNOWN/Frontpage_4_intro.sid would be at least a correct name as it's the 1st usage documented so far.

I'm pretty sure it's by Stefan too.

Yet it's in Defbeat's dir in HVSC. *winkwink*

I didn't add Deafbeat to the music credits as I think it's pretty obvious that the tune's by Hartwig. I mailed him about it, to eliminate doubt.
