This was probably messed up by the spreader adding 2 extra files and overwriting game datas:
"ATOM ANT +6 [P]"
"CASHWRITER 1_[P]"
and it's even written in the dir separators: "DON'T CHANGE DIR!!!!!" :D
If you load the boot from the Paramount disk A and then insert the disk from the INC version, it seems to work after pushing the elevator button.

Anyway both rels are incomplete and should stay marked as corrupted.

Where in Time Is Carmen Sandiego? doesnt seem to have this problem... not sure if the "Import" is the problem here, or that someone added more stuff to the disk.

And if that's the case you should set "Proper release" to "Broken" instead of marking the file as corrupt.

Well if the crack is faulty then the file is not corrupted but just a bad crack.

for it looks like a broken crack...disk looks ok... but in the end im unsure.. but the result is the same.. game not work..

Crashes in vice when you enter the Elevator...marked as broken.
