The previous issue Violation #2, which was released mid Dec 1991, also mentions that #3 is expected end of January 1992.

Guess it's safe to say that this issue was not released in December 1991, but rather in early 1992. There's the year 1992 in the introtune and in the diskmag some birthday greetings are sent to people who have birthday in January. You don't send out birthday greetings in advance, not even in Australia. ;-)

Something wrong with the release date, intro music is
/MUSICIANS/B/Bakewell_Dwayne/Introtune.sid
confirmed at $1B2C
"MUSIC COMPOSED BY BAT/VIRTUE IN 1992!"

Anyway, finished adding known sids.

edit: Violation_3_menu.sid is not by Flex, so will be put back to /DEMOS/UNKNOWN/
edit2: Violation_3_menu.sid and Violation_3_tune_6.sid identified as by MAC2
