Actually it was a separate release, done, before the real collection - I received it from Kjell in the mail on the 8th of February 2002 yet the full collection did not make it out until the 3rd of August 2002.

Kjell: "In the first place I had no plan for making any sending to anyone before I was finished with the music demo, but 'suddenly' I had this Prologue to Mad Man's Dream ready and I thought why not spread it at once?!".

This is actually the notefile for Mad Mans Dream and not a separate release.
