Matt, cheers for spotting a repeat! As the Gillies tune was added last update and the Lyon tune is in HVSC since update #09 I'd make a strong bet that Lyon did the tune.

check the sid from Lyon (Patrick Ceuppens) I added it's sort of exactly the same sid like the one from Gillies Ewen.
so my question, who composed it then? or am I missing something perhaps :/
I think this music was used for a Legend intro aswell. IIRC it was this intro with the upscroller. so far the detailed information :)
