It's from some French blog and I can't find it at the moment. Hence the choice of spotty dithering in the face as well as the unorthodox hairstyle. I converted the outlines to a hires image and built from them in the XLFLI-editor. The picture was finished in a hurry live at the party and I abandoned the idea to cover the entire XLFLI-area (37x25 chars) with graphics. Regardless of that, it still turned out ok, and I'm quite fond of the ethereal hair, some color choices and the way the eyes turned out.
