The screen shows both '88 and '89 so I assume that it was released in 1989.

This intro is brilliant! Contains great animation of the demons and the flames below. ROBOT is a fantastic gfx artist - check his other works out.

As for the music - I can hear it fine!

Completed credits and linked to the correct group. Music is credited but it seems to be a pun as there is no music (hence the used handle)
