It is definately on cart... I had it once... I gave it to my big brother who just gave it away to a guy (Simon) who was very interested in it ;)

Yes, this game was released on CARTRIDGE. The cart has got the shape of a ghost and contains two LED as eyes, they flash while the company's (Interactivision) intro is shown. The cart came boxed with instructions.
I'm not kidding! This cart is very true!
