Checked 8 different Game on disks in my collection, and in all versions T5 is broken, so my guess is that it was broken to begin with. Actual goof. Complete (goofed) file uploaded.

Acidchild: Seems like T5 (1 block) is broken on all releases I can find where it is still there, and taking it out was the solution for not crashing the mag? Someone with the original Game On 03/92 (Side 2) should check if it's the case even there.
