It's from an old workdisk back in the days when me and Iopop were experimenting with 3 colour hires interlace :D God knows why we had to do it in x-fli mode when simple font+sprites would have been enough. The picture is just a scan from the Power of Goodbye single cover (so remove those gfx credits), and sure, that's where the Tsunami picture idea came from.

My first reaction when I saw this picture was: "Oh, someone tried to imitate Dane but failed". Then I noticed: "Oh, it was Dane himself". ;D Is this some sort of experiment before the multi-face picture in Tsunami?
