Copyright is abused so much these days, to make more profit on the same old shit over and over. Thanks to Disney's Mickey Mouse it is eternal.
Copyright was created to protect the original author's work, not to sell it off to others to make money off of it indefinitely. And with this shameless abuse of it to make more money, they still wonder why there is so much piracy. -.-
