I found the elusive "oneway coder" on a disk. It's Fileprotect V1.0 by Syncro.

I had been thinking about something like this for a while and suddenly realized it could be done on the c64 so I had to do it.

All of these are Vigenère variants.
Time Coder has a few tricks up its sleve making it much harder than the others.
De-coder should serve as a warning for using weak ciphers. ;)

@groepaz: I can always try if I get the relevant versions.
