1989 could probably be correct. Sventy was active long before that though. Full Force was a result of two groups joining forces at a meeting. I can't remember the name of those groups. I joined Full Force at that meeting.

I've set the release year to 1989. In the scroll text they mention groups (like Dixie, Unit 5 and Genie) that didn't exist in 1988. Also sceners like Sventy and Zzipit seems that they were not active in 1988.
