Very expressive in shapes, face and pixeltechnique. In some way it looks like it was drawn on the PC in Painter or sth and then converted with Timanthes and slightly repixeled? The result is in any case rather refreshing.

I like the background, and the way you've started to handle the colors of the face.
Not so keen on the face/proportions thought.

Is that the Northern Wind (blowing off some gb of data from CSDb to be able to upload a decent screenshot)? =)
