Thanks for the comments guys!

@Twoflower: I don't think we did a very good job of spreading our demos back then, so I think Rhaphandosis probably didn't get much further than the UK :(

regarding quality: the demo is structured as 4 high-quality parts, with 4 quick, low-quality "interludes". that may explain it.

Managed to get this to work just fine in Vice 1.21, but states otherwise on Mantis's website link.

Oh - never seen this before. The parts in this demo differ a lot in style and quality, but generally it feels like a natural follow-up to the Compunet demos. I find it fascinating that i'm still able to discover entire scene-careers and styles that are completely new to me in 2008. I don't know if that points to me being ignorant or some releases to be evasive.
