On the bottom line it's written O.C.G. (stands for Odin Computer Graphics) not D.C.G. =) It's like that in the original (tap from tapes.c64.no and REM crack checked)
The file name ends in /DCS but I didn't find any proof this is by Doughnut Cracking Service or any other DCS in the db.

Most likely not done by the Dutch Crack Guys since the crack is from 1986 and DCG was founded in 1987. I think the Dutch Crack Guys never cracked a game. They only made demos.

Which DCG could have done this?
