"...2 or 3 years ago an Australian group
released an utility to draw graphics in
the border. They called it "O.S.C.A.R.".
To show what it can do they included an
example: They used the CYBERNOID title-
picture and continued it in the border.
Now PAUL of THE FORCE/Australia released
a small demo called "Freakout"...
He RIPPED the routine and the extended/\
picture out of the old utility and wrote
he had just invented a new cool effect."
