this is kind of a strange release. the TLI part is an intro done by hendrik kramer and frank gerken of art-design. the intro has also been used for Tyrant's Birthday (Tyrant's Birthday). the text in the TLI part telling that transit is such a cool group makes me think that there was no TLI member involved at all. (?)
