@J.S: They wrong type of Reduction Method was used to lower the colour depth, hence the artefacts... plus some strange colour saturation! :D

Oh My! What if I found some warez stashed away like that?
And maybe that's where the recent HeMa! release went
(They just erased an entry completely with 5 user comments from CSDb. Maybe they drowned in the popcorn?
Maybe they drowned in the water of the melting Iceberg – nonetheless?)?
Wanted: HeMa! and the release which reminded me of milking released today.

BTW What's wrong with the colors in the animated screendump?
