I doubt it's by Modern Arts, probably a scener called Modern Art. It's been questioned before btw: Modern Art Intro

But would they deliberately spell their group name wrong ? AFAIR its "Modern Arts" and not "Modern Art".

Edit : looking at their other stuff, the design doesnt really resemble the usual Modern Arts style.

Truly awesome-looking intro. Ok, the big font is a bit over the top, but anyway. Edit: concidering the style of the other stuff they did at the time, it seems plausible that they made this one aswell.
