Who from The Dutch USA-Team made the intro? See Revs for Joystick

In Border Letter II they say at the 5th of May 1986: "I've been away for about half an our because one of those guys from the 'Great USA-Team' phoned me. He didn't like our intros, so now they're writing one for us !". I've set the release date now to May 1986 for this intro.
