This is premium sh*t!
My fave is that awesome techtech, but also the Kefrems (seeing diagonal ones is a first for me).
The last oldskool part is great too. The grainy sprite balls fit in perfectly with the stretcher. Great style.
Leon's work is always reliable. Good to see that he deviates from his favorite color scheme now and then. | User Comment Submitted by Joe on 12 July 2011
I fancy this composition. | User Comment Submitted by encore on 18 March 2011
The first part (eci effect) looks incredible on the real thing, really smooth and colors that doesn't look like they belong to the c64-palette at all. :) Also enjoyed the last part. | User Comment Submitted by FMan on 31 December 2008 User Comment Submitted by Nemezis on 12 September 2008 User Comment Submitted by DeeKay on 28 August 2008
I really like this plasma (well, techtech! 8)... The presets that are shown are just so nice looking and very varied, good job! SB-DYSP-FPD is top notch c0derpr0n, and that interlace gives it a little, very nice twist! ;-) | User Comment Submitted by Clarence on 24 August 2008
Monte Carlos, oh noes... :) | User Comment Submitted by Monte Carlos on 24 August 2008

Nice onefiler. ECI techtech looks quite impressive, I mean it is a colorful effect that covers almost entire C64 screen and runs 50 fps. Yhen I gets some extra bonus points from me since I am sitting right now thinking trying to figure out how it is done! :D
The fpd+dysp is also a real oldschool style treat! I didn't even notice the sprite priority bug until someone mentioned it here (it's only visible when the logo FPD is 'closed') | User Comment Submitted by Clarence on 24 August 2008
Thanks everyone for the comments.
Drax, the honour is mine, thank you again for letting us to use these great musics. :) | User Comment Submitted by DRAX on 24 August 2008

Very nice 1 filed demo. Excellent ECI effects. Never seen anything cool as this. Brilliant music. Let's see more :) | User Comment Submitted by Hein on 23 August 2008
Cool Clarence Code again. There's unfortunately no design. Drax' tunes are solid. | User Comment Submitted by Hoild on 23 August 2008
Unlike the other demo from the compo, this one doesn't feel rushed. A solid coder demo.
Some design concept would be welcome next time, though. And more graphics.

Super nice Clarence as always. And I like you saved the good shit for the big shit. ;D | User Comment Submitted by Twoflower on 23 August 2008
Sweet and crisp Drax music, the ECI part is using nice mixes adding lots of nice color and the DYSP + logopart really brought me back in time. Backside of the Silver Star is that the presentation could have used some more coherent design (eg. one font/fontfamily, connections to the demoname, returning elements or colors, taking notice of the borders, etc.). Otherwise a very well implemented and nice onefiler. | User Comment Submitted by HCL on 23 August 2008
Very nice stuff from Clarence, as always!! Last part is very nice, but has a sprite-prio bug in the right border. I saw it cause i know where to look ;). | User Comment Submitted by Skate on 23 August 2008
Gold medal to silver star. I enjoyed seeing some fresh stuff from Clarence and a nice graphic from Leon. Musics are very nice as well. Press space demo style is arguable. | User Comment Submitted by Linus on 23 August 2008
Fresh! Thumbs up for Drax' music. | User Comment Submitted by Jammer on 23 August 2008
clarence is fuckin' nuts! :D music makes me rate this yet higher. me bows /o\ | User Comment Submitted by jailbird on 23 August 2008
Coder pr0n FTW! Übercool music!
On a side-note, I really hate when Leon tags retouched graphics (could I see the origano?). The logo was nice, though. | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 23 August 2008
deserved winner! thumbs up! | User Comment Submitted by G-Fellow on 23 August 2008

nice demo. as far as the tech-tech, i still think the routine in Risen from Oblivion is unbeatable. not fair comparison though. different platforms. | User Comment Submitted by ptoing on 23 August 2008
Some quite nice stuff here. Just watched it on my setup with 1084S and I had to adjust the picture width to see the whole thing at the end. Impressive. |
