Gpz: Jeff was talking about emulation, but Acid64 is not an emulator but uses real SIDs... Ofcourse it sounds better, but that's not the point if you're talking about emulation! ;-) | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 23 September 2008
what jeff said :o) you can have the flashiest interface all you want - this player still sounds better :o) | User Comment Submitted by Soren on 23 September 2008
The important thing here is how good the emulation is. NOT how smart it looks :-) | User Comment Submitted by DeeKay on 22 September 2008
Oswald: What hoild said (sorry! ;-). You need Sidplay/Mac! ;-D It is by far far far far the best sidplay on any platform, it is lightyears ahead in usability, features and look & feel, and sidplay4 also has the most accurate and latest emulation (e.g. alankila's filter distortion)!
Why don't you just download the hacked MacOS X 10.5 Kalyway and install it on your PC to enjoy Sidplay/Mac? ;-) Doesn't set you back a fortune, like it would if you had to buy an actual Ma^h^hApple-PC! ;-D | User Comment Submitted by Oswald on 19 September 2008
someone organize all the tunes into a searchable database&search tool please. I want to be able to search to all the fields present in the infos, and change ordering by fields in the result list etc. it would be so cool. | User Comment Submitted by jailbird on 19 September 2008
Dude, I'm like, totally buying a Mac now!!! You finally managed to convinced me! | User Comment Submitted by Hoild on 19 September 2008 User Comment Submitted by jailbird on 19 September 2008
I'd so like to see this GUI attached to that horrible user interface of Sidplay2/w |
