Releases should never get mixed this way. Add the Triad note to both releases and crosslink them properly.

Pool Simulator 92 could use a note as well then - Extacy got fooled by E3 here I suppose - umpf :) - as well as 4 other groups.

no need to, really. a recrack of a certain release does not belong into the entry of the original release, and the other way around.
