New features with this release:

- 256 user defined colour palette, should you want to do some pixeling with a non-c64 palette (*yuck* i know, but DTV also has a 256 palette ;))
- Preview window with 'true' PAL emulation to see the wonderful chroma/luma blending (thanks for the technical specs, Graham)
- New restriction modes, including ugly flicker modes like IFLI and drazlace
- Animation support (mainly for sprites - the walking mummy from the super larsson brothers demo was done using this)
- Executable viewer export for most restriction modes
- Tilemap support (for games development mostly - highly experimental, but functional)
- Zero to no crashes and no more memory leaks

Requires windows 2000/XP (not tested on vista or 7) and dotnet 2.0 which you can download here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856ea..

Helpfiles are missing from this release because i couldn't be arsed to update them but here is the most important rule: layer 0 is your background, layer 1 should be a restricted mode and transparent pixels (palette index 17) show the background colour
