Love the atmosphere in the first tune. So simple but very atmospheric. Nice bass work in #2.

Not really my taste as for composition, but very interesting pack of raw metalish sounds.. thumbs up for releasing and including the production notes.

Will surely revisit at some later time to get some inspiration for some experimental stuff :)

Hey guys,

Thanks for all the feedback :)

If you like, I keep publishing my old SIDs here as time allows. You might enjoy some of them as well.

@Tonhuvudet: PM :)

@bugjam: From a distance of time, that was okay. Just a phase of a story that is continued now. That time I was quite angry about all the failed projects and I felt to be all in vain. Well, looking back from a distance, the experience of SID composing established me both as an musician and a studio man that I became. Plus, failures teached me not to give up and keep finishing all what I started, doesn't matter what.

Besides, for me it feels like that those long-lost SIDs are returning home, after 15 years :) They belong here.

Cheers,

NP

Very interesting stuff. And really a shame that this game will never be, the story sounds really mouthwatering - and what a terrrible, annoying and miserable end to the project. :-( Thanks for releasing the stuff here anyway! I can understand your feeling of being fed up with projects after these experiences. Unfortunately it is most of the time the musicians and graphicians that do work to no avail in the end...

Wonderful sounds and great music as well.

I'm especially fond of song 8 (& 2) by obvious reasons:
The repeated patterns and the dirty audio work: They sound perfectly like a machine to me.

Indeed, they were! See prod notes if you like. It used to be a game tune pack long, long ago :)

(@Groepaz: Now I put notes on the right place :) )

Interesting filter usage. Though the tunes sound more like industrial soundcollages than actual music.

Maybe because they're intended to be game background.
