Credits restored and title renamed. I've created a separate entry for release: Mega Madness #2

File mega02.zip is a different release and it is called "Mega-Madness One" and it should not be confused with Mega Madness #1.
Credits are now messed up because 2 different releases are uploaded to this entry.
