Assembly Source. Fully documented in the note file. It is basically a packer algorithm which was built for note writers. I managed to make use from it last week for one of my utilities which I will be releasing Christmas time. I have also credited the creators of the packer and fast save routines.

Looks like 'source only', not an executable.

The entry lacks documentation, just use pokefinder to find it.
