Thanks people, comments really appreciated. I'll try to raise the bar and learn more. I did notice the vertical lines craziness, I realized the interlacing was horizontal (I believed it was vertical). I will try some hires mode graphic next it seems.

@Ninja, i been in the 8-bit for a while, just never before tried a C64 graphic, only music :D

@Aumtron : wooot Mr. Funk, where have you been? long time no "see" :D

Ah, the famed Akira of the EAB has joined us! Welcome to the 8bit world. I like the logo and I am anxious to see what you pixel next!

pretty good for a first effort! if you did ever decide to use interlace again, be careful with 1px vertical lines (especially when you're going from white to black) as they flicker like crazzzy!

Yeah, that's why I said it will probably be the first and last time I try interlaced :) But I need the training and knowledge, so...

First and probably last try at making an interlaced picture. Thanks to Sander^Focus for converting it to PRG (Timanthes bombed on me).
Not done on "le hardware", pixelled in my A1200 with DPIV, so feel free to flame :P
Based on a paper sketch I had lying around, had to do it in less than 48 hours (hence the name)
I uploaded the original file too in GIF format.
