This intro was coded by me, and it was supposed to be the new crack intro for all the upcoming releases from The New Stars. The main reason that is wasn't used was because I was never 100% happy with it. The animation on the sprites and some of the colors on the main-scroller never got finished the way I wanted it. I also remember (this was quite some time ago) that I had some issues with the bank-switching. It was supposed to run in bank 0 ($c000-$ffff) because it needed to be placed behind the cracked and crunched title. This never worked the way it was supposed to.
