@Groepaz: yup, albeit that JSid is developed a bit further (as I am told now). I can't adjust my 6581 filters in the SidPlay GUI somehow, but the difference are most probably related to that.

This player rocks anyhow. The search function is really fast and easy to use.

it doesnt have sid emulation at all infact :) that jsidplay device should be pretty much the same as vice (or vsid) regarding emulation quality (since alankila is responsible for both)

Awesome! It seems a to have much more precise emulation than SidPlay does.
As soon as a playlist feature is implemented I'll switch in a blink of an eye.
Very promising!
