Nirvana/WEC based on an image that appeared in Kerrang! [UK Rock / Metal magazine]
Created around the same time as Robo Sonic [1993], either a week before or a week after. I remember at the time really liking the pop art style of the image and wanting to re create the same style on C64. While I was happy with the results, the image had no use. One idea that surfaced was to shift the picture into the side-borders, by moving Kurt Cobain, and Krist Novoselic to the left, and Dave Grohl to the right. At one point a Nirvana logo was added, although it was later dropped, as it cluttered up the screen. |
