Google "lego 5866" and then click on "graphics".

5866 is a set-number, which in this case is a "CREATOR 3 in 1" series. It can be built into a helicopter, speedboat or the above depicted plane - with the same set of bricks ;)

Drawing this picture was a fun exercise in spatial imagination.
