@Doc: Sorry, I didn't want to overreact. Just read "conversion" and had the feeling I had to defend the tune against being sth like just "wired". No hard feelings, Cheers, Ryk

Thanks for the comments, I just woke up yesterday morning with this going around in my head, and had a free day in Studio, so out came the C64, and knocked this version up. I did consider drums, but thought I would stick with the melody's which for me makes the track. Glad you enjoying anyhow, Cheers!!

@T.B: Did you really listen long/intensely/often enough? For me, the bass is rhythm enough and the lack of drums apart from that might even highlight the ballad character of this C64 cover.
@DrJ: Cover btw is the right term. Please don't speak about conversion, guys, this is sth completely different than mere digitizing, if you can't hear the difference, you're deaf or clueless, a lot more effort went into this one, so I find "conversion" a little disrespectful.
@Ian: You got a point there, would also appreciate that. However, both thunes belong together and AFAI were ALWAYS played like we hear them here on concerts.

@all: If I start going on some-/everybody's nerves, sorry for my enhusiasm. :)

Uhmm.. KUDOS for taking this project serious. For me it is quite OK, but it lacks a litte of drive. Nevertheless a very great afford. I would aprecciate it to hear another version with drums though.
